CHLORINE. A Dictionary definition.
A highly irritating Greenish/Yellow gaseous Halogen capable of combining with nearly all other elements and produced principally by Electrolysis of Sodium Chloride, and used widely to purify water and as a disinfectant and a bleaching agent.
Another definition.Chlorine is a poisonous Greenish/Yellow gaseous, non metallic element found in the halogen group of elements.

STRATUM CORNEUM.
The outer layer of the skin is called the Epidermis and outermost external (horny) layer is the Stratum Corneum.Cells of the Stratum Corneum contain Keratin, a protein that helps keep the skin hydrated by preventing water evaporation.
CRYPTOSPORIDIUM
Cryptosporidium is a one-celled Parasite that can cause gastrointestinal illness called Cryptosporidiosis
When ingested the parasite passes through the stomach into the small intestine and causes diarrhoea, abdominal cramps, nausea, occasional vomiting and low grade fever.
In some cases it can last up to six weeks and cause extreme weight loss, in the very young and the elderly it can be life threatening.
SPOROZOAN
Any of numerous parasitic protozoans of the class Sporozoa, most of which reproduce sexually and asexually in alternate generations by means of spores. They are frequently transmitted by bloodsucking insects to different hosts, where they cause many serious diseases, such as malaria and coccidiosis.
PROTOZOAN.
Any of a large group of single-celled, usually microscopic, eukaryotic organisms, such as amoebas, ciliates, flagellates, and sporozoans.
OOCYST
A thick-walled structure in which sporozoan zygotes develop and that serves to transfer them to new hosts.
